Below are the terms and conditions

Any hike/s in Govt. taxes (gst), the same would be charged accordingly over and above the accommodation rates/ meals.

Check-In / Check-Out Time

• Check-in Time – 09:00 AM and check-out time is 08:00 AM.
• Early check-in and Late check-out is subject to availability.
• Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out will be charged one night's room rate.

Additional Supplements

• Candle light dinner with cake & wine - Rs.4500 + 18% GST
• Flower Bed Decoration Rs.2500 + 18% GST
• Honeymoon Cake BF (500gm) Rs.1200 + 18% GST

Room occupancy policy

• Please reduce Rs.500/- for single occupancy, rate not valid between 15 Dec 2015 to 15 Jan 2016.
• Max 3 Adults only.
• Only one Extra Mattress will be allowed in one room.

Child & Infant Policy

• Children below the age of 5 years will be complimentary.
• Children / extra person for AC Super Deluxe 2000 + 28% GST, AC Deluxe 1700 + 18% GST, AC Standard 1500 + 18% GST, Non AC third person is not allowed.
• Children between 5 to 12 yrs with mattress 200/- will be reduced.
• Children between 5 to 12yrs without mattress 300/-will be reduced.

High Season Surcharge

• Peak Season Surcharge Compulsory between 15th December to 15th January Rs. 1000 + 18% GST extra Per Room/per night.
• Additional supplement Compulsory per person gala dinner Rs. 2000 + 18% GST will be charge for 24th Dec Stay.
• Additional supplement Compulsory per person gala dinner 2500 + 18% GST will be charge for 31st Dec Stay.

Booking Terms and Conditions

• Bookings will be held provisionally up to a pre-specified cut-off date after which they will be released.
• Bookings confirmed only after 100% payment in advance.
• Rates subject to change without prior intimation.
• Any hike/s in Govt. taxes the same would be charged accordingly over and above the room rates/ meals.

Cancellation Policy

• 90% refund for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance.
• 50% refund for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more.
• No refund for cancellation received less than 15 days in advance.
